Music Therapy


Something that really helped me was music. AHHH, I cannot express my gratitude for the existence of music. Whenever I feel down or feel stressed I immediately plug in and escape into another world. That's the power of music. So indulge yourself in music, let your body feel free and dance to it, sing to it. Whatever makes you feel better.
